A journal dedicated to the life and mission of St. Gaspar del Bufalo, and to a life lived in response to the call and the cry of the Most Precious Blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our on-going mission is to share good news of hope and communion.

It begins

Today was the first day of our conference. We heard from formation directors in Guatemala, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Germany, and the four North American Provinces. I gave the report on Advanced Formation from the North American Provinces. We have members of our Teutonic Province working in Brazil, and members of the Polish province working in Brazil and Chile. It was unique hearing Michael Rohde, CPPS from Germany speaking in Portuguese.

Morning prayer this morning was sung in Portuguese, and Mass will be in Spanish this afternoon.

The third talk I was to prepare is still not finished. It needs to be done soon as I present that paper on Monday. I was waiting for an email from Precious Blood Companions which I received today. It was not possible to get it earlier because the net here has been very slooooooooowwwww. I was not able to receive email from my ISP at all. Finally, on the third attempt today, I was able to get my email. There were 319 messages waiting. Not bad for two days, huh?

Hopfully I will find time to post this afternoon. Now it is soon time for Mass.
