On my way home. I found this wireless connection sitting here in Cleveland Airport. It snowed last night, and everything was beautiful this morning. Jeffrey Kirch did an excellent job on his final evaluation. The pastor gave him raving reviews and so did parishioners. I thought Jeff's homily was very good, although there was a connection to the gospel that I thought he missed and I spoke to him about it. The hilarious thing was when the parishioner told me he was an excellent homilst, that he was normally better than he was today, and that he was probably just nervous about my visit. ( I cannot imagine Jeff ever being nervous about me visiting. He would have to do some outrageous things to fail at this point.)

Anyway, Congratulations Jeffrey Kirch, CPPS on a job well done. He will be ordained to the priesthood in June, 2004.
