A journal dedicated to the life and mission of St. Gaspar del Bufalo, and to a life lived in response to the call and the cry of the Most Precious Blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our on-going mission is to share good news of hope and communion.

Internet access does not seem to be too common in rural Ireland, so I wonder what kind of internet access I will have over the next few days. We are in Cork. TODAY MY SISTER KISSED THE BLARNEY STONE! I got great pictures of the blessed event. Ok, I kissed it too. We traveled to the southwestern coast and enjoyed some great scenery. Clonakilty is a delightful little town. I had some homemade mushroom soup that was incredible. It was a very Irish pub in a very out of the way place without too many tourists. I think we were the only ones. Kinsale was a lovely little seaside town that reminded us both of Sausalito, CA. Tomorrow we head north. We will stop near Limerick for lunch and then head up to Galway, We are staying at a lakeside B&B about an hour north of Galway from where we will explore Connemarra and the West Coast of Ireland. Monday we head to Donegal where we hope to spend three nights before heading to the far north of Malin Head and Carndonough.
