Humility

There is a great little conversation going on over at
Steven Riddle's Blog on humility, and it was affirming to see Tom remember in one of the comments about St. Gaspar's Maxims on Humility. The original post was from last November.

I am not sure if Tom remembers that he translated the maxims into modern English

Posting these last November started a conversation among us about their source and authorship. It may be a growing consensus that the maxims were composed by a woman, an associate of St. Gaspar and Fr. Albertini, Gaspar's spiritual director.

The orignial post on the Maxims is under "On Humility" on the side bar.

BTW. O'Fallon, MO is a peaceful place. I really enjoy the hospitality of the sisters here.
