A journal dedicated to the life and mission of St. Gaspar del Bufalo, and to a life lived in response to the call and the cry of the Most Precious Blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our on-going mission is to share good news of hope and communion.

Travel Heavy Spring

The Spring seems to be a bit travel heavy. I have eight (8) round trip tickets in the folder at the moment. Seven of the flights are begun before the end of June. The whirwind begins in Rome and ends in Rome. You might think I am a roamin' Catholic Priest, but in fact it is Roman Catholic. But that is why the word missionary is in front of the name. I leave for Ohio on Wednesday, and then for Rome on Thursday. I will be back the following Wednesday, but will find myself back in Rome before the end of June. Other than that there will be lots of commuting between here and St. Louis, and here and San Francisco. I will keep you posted on the travels as they come.

Mother of Mercy

Since 1852 the Missionaries of the Precious Blood have observed this day as the Memorial of the Blessed Virgin Mary, The Mother of Mercy.
